Class Outline:
Automotive Fundamentals: Theory of how a car works, overview of major systems, and key terminology.
Demonstration: Instructor performs routine checks on a real vehicle, including fluids, belts, filters, tires, and a tire change.
Practical Observation & Q&A: Students gather around the vehicle for a close-up look at components and procedures, with opportunities to ask questions throughout.

About the Teacher
Originally from Brazil, Care Leite moved to Colorado in 2019 and has been working in the automotive industry for the past 5 years. He was most recently a repair technician for Good Judy Garage, an LGBTQ+ owned auto repair shop, and has worked in other shops around Colorado. He has a passion for fixing cars and sharing their knowledge with others.
