For Rescheduling & Canceling Classes:

• Please use our automated system by searching your email for “Class Confirmation” and clicking the “Reschedule or Cancel Class” button. Manual change requests received after the deadline cannot be honored.

• If the option to change your class is unavailable, your deadline has likely passed. Please see our Classes Refund and Transfer Policy for details. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
